Day 10 - 04.08.15 - Kata Beach

Thankfully, there was no rain when we woke up, although it rained heavily throughout the night. We decided we would go to Kata beach on the west side of Phuket Island. We thought we would catch the bus to the beach but we couldn't get a hang on how to ask the bus to stop and ended up getting a taxi instead. Sophie forgot her towel, so first port of call was the shops. We then had brunch in a kitchen & bar. We all had BBQ chicken burgers, not very Thai at all!! 

We then set up camp on the beach where we stayed for several hours. 

At about 2pm we went to get a drink and the girls bought some new bikinis. We also booked ourselves onto a snorkelling boat tour of the islands around Phuket for Thursday, which we are all very excited about! We then managed to get on a bus to take us back to Phuket town. It is going to take 1 hour and 45 minutes and we're all busting for the toilet!! Looking forward to having stir fry for tea.
