Day 30 - 24.08.15 - Beach Day

We were awoken by builders at 7am this morning. Not fun for 3 students. We got ready and headed out to find some breakfast. However, it seems that breakfast is not a thing in Nha Trang and instead it is full of coffee bars.. After about an hour we eventually trip advised a place called Cafe An which did some sort of breakfast.
I ordered a raspberry smoothie and a plate of fruit. Although we're not sure if I ordered a plate of unripe fruit as it wasn't particularly nice! 
We then spent the rest of the day soaking up the sun on the beach. 
Throughout the whole of Thailand I couldn't find a Thai curry in a coconut which had been recommends to me However a beach restaurant had steamed tiger prawns in a coconut which I thought sounded delicious and close enough. 
We are planning on watching the sunrise at the beach tomorrow so early nights again!! Sunrise is at 05:30 which means leaving our hotel at 05:00 :(, at least we won't be woken up by the builders!

    Thai green curry in a coconut - that was your task. Mind you the prawns look tasty - they look more like lobsters than prawns!! The fruit dish doesn't look like the sort of breakfast you've been used to, no wonder the Vietnamese are tiny. You'd better go back and see if you can find that cat......

    Lie back and chill - and try to ignore those pesky builders.
    I'm sure that if you put your mind to it you could drown them out with some girly singing, something loud on Spotify and a few hairdryers on full blast for good measure! x
